Refund Policy

At Cetus Group, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. This policy describes the criteria, conditions, and procedures applicable to refund requests from our customers.

Scope

This policy applies exclusively to products and services purchased directly through the official Cetus Group website. Requests related to purchases made from third parties will not be accepted.

Digital products

Due to the non-tangible and downloadable nature of our digital products (such as courses, templates, manuals, or online content), refunds will not be issued after purchase, except in exceptional cases where the product:

  • Was not delivered correctly.

  • Has verifiable technical failures that prevent its use and cannot be resolved.

In these cases, the customer must notify equipo@cetusgroup.com.mx in writing within 7 calendar days of purchase.

Consulting or training services

For scheduled services (consultations, workshops, or online sessions), cancellations with a refund will only be accepted if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made after this time are non-refundable.

  • In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the service will be considered as provided.

Rescheduling may be requested, subject to availability and prior agreement.

Procedure to request a refund

To initiate a refund process, the customer must send an email to equipo@cetusgroup.com.mx with the following information:

  • Full name of the buyer

  • Order number or proof of payment

  • Clear reason for the request

  • Evidence of a failure or technical error

We will review each case within 7 business days. If a refund is appropriate, it will be issued through the same payment method used, within a maximum of 15 business days.

Exclusions

Refunds will not apply in the following cases:

  • Customer error in providing data or choosing a product/service.

  • Dissatisfaction due to expectations not expressly agreed upon or guaranteed.

  • Customer misuse of content.

Changes in policy

Cetus Group reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with their effective date.
