Cancellation Policy
Cetus Group – Virtual Consulting Services At Cetus Group, we value your time and ours. This policy establishes the conditions for booking, rescheduling, cancellation, and waiting lists for our virtual consulting sessions. 1. Reservations • All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, through the website or official channels. • The reservation will be valid once the user receives confirmation via email. • Sessions have a specific duration, which will be communicated at the time of booking. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling • Free cancellations: Cancellations are accepted at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. • Rescheduling: Rescheduling is permitted once per session, with at least 12 hours' notice. • Late cancellations or no-shows: If the client does not show up or cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, the session will be considered as provided and will not be refundable. • In the event that Cetus Group must cancel or reschedule for internal reasons, the client will be notified as far in advance as possible and a new date will be offered without penalty. 3. Waiting List • If there is no availability at the desired time, users can request to be added to the waiting list. • Those on the waiting list will be notified in the order in which they request it if a space becomes available. • Inclusion on the list does not guarantee an immediate reservation. 4. Late Arrival A 10-minute delay is allowed. After this time, the session may be canceled or reduced in time, with no option for a refund or rescheduling. 5.
